Main Responsibilities: - Develop product positioning and go-to-market plans (70%): Craft compelling messages based on product goals, user feedback, and global market trends. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reach and convert thousands of refugee and migrant job seekers through various channels. Key Skills and Experience: - At least 6 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in product marketing management or related roles. - Proficiency in written and verbal English and Spanish, preferably including user-facing copywriting experience in both languages. - A proven track record in marketing campaign development, execution, and analysis.
