Monitors and manages the various integration partners in support of Thryv. - Manages failure resolution or support request turnaround time within a ticketing system environment. - Designs business processes around integration development such as organizing, and documentation of work completed. - Identifies tools or methodologies to streamline development. - Organizes, manages, and reports on delivery for projects with the integrations team. - Participate in architecting and development of integrations **Who We’re Looking For** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, required. - Serve as the lead systems integration resource for the Business Systems Team - Own implementing, maintaining, and growing the integration landscape - Review integration designs to rationalize data models and unnecessary design elements - Collaborate with internal stakeholders (i.e., executive team, management, and sales) to gather and document operational and functional requirements and translate them into operational solutions. - 6+ years of experience (including people management, software development/programming, and using tray.io or compatible integration tools), required. - 8+ years of experience, preferred. - Comprehensive industry knowledge and along with integration tools such as Tibco, Mulesoft, Tray.io, Postman, etc. - Knowledge of design and implementation of Service Oriented Architecture, API’s, Web Applications, relational and NoSQL databases. - Comfortable with various programming languages and technologies, preferably JavaScript, JSON, React JS, Python, XML, Java, CURL and mySQL. - Expert interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business. - Strong time and project management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines or conflicting demands including an understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.) - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to easily prototype and experiment. - Ability to abstract from a detailed business requirement the necessary technical specifications to see how that detail can broadly be delivered utilizing all available tools and technologies. - Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop others.
