Will be responsible for preliminary TV guides checks, TV channels assignment to the sports events in our database, determining and reporting the channels latency for various sports, including Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Ice Hockey, Cricket, eSports, Darts, etc. **Main Responsibilities**: - To do same day checks and checks in advance on the provided TV guides; - To assign TV and broadcast channels on various sports events from our database; - To determine live vision latency between different TV and broadcast channels; - To provide regular reports concerning TV guides and TV channels issues, or any problems occurring during the working day; - To monitor and maintain the quality of Genius Live product; - To carry out Free to Air channels support tasks. - To monitor and maintain the quality of 3rd party partners streaming **Required skills**: - Strong English verbal and written communication skills; - Very good knowledge in a variety of sports; - Excellent attention to detail; - High accuracy; - Ability to be productive and concentrated in a high-stress work environment; - Good reporting ability; - Flexible and resourceful; - A strong and committed work ethic; - Critical and analytical thinking; - Excellent team orientation. **We Offer** As well as a competitive salary and annual leave allowance, our benefits include health insurance, skills training and much more, depending on location**.** We also offer a host of softer benefits, including many social events throughout the year such as summer and winter holiday parties, monthly team building events, sports tournaments, charity days and wellbeing activities.
