Title and Summary Manager, Consumer Marketing Position Summary: This position will manage and implement marketing strategies, activities and processes related with all segments and products. It will be in charge of execute strategic value to Consumers (Consumer advocate) guaranteeing full integration with other country priorities. Understand products / experiences needs and translate into MKT programs Will define segment strategies to our products with a complete value proposition for each product/segment Establish targets & measure results (supported by planning group) Brief MKT support areas when needed Interface with all areas, mainly products, PR, Cardholder solutions. Main Responsibilities: Market and consumer understanding, looking for opportunities to increase the business Specific products & segments competitive analysis (supporting Planning area) B2C marketing program ideation, execution, supervision and provision of results Full strategy & communication programs for products or segments (B2C, B2B or B2B2C) Create value from each US$ invested, as well as keeping forecast control Implement the Marketing initiatives with time commitment and quality assurance with the support of the promotional agencies Competencies & skills Required: Consumer Focused but with a strong knowledge of our channels distribution Business Acumen Leadership Building Value-Based Relationships Analytics and Strategic Planning Collaborative Working Relationships Ability to define priorities Accountability & commitment Open mind and creativity to solve problems Experience Required: Bachelor's degree with an extensive experience in marketing with previous experience in Consumer Marketing.
