We are currently seeking an Engagement Manager responsible for delivering client solutions and fostering positive relationships to join our team. What do we value? We seek an Engagement Manager to assess client needs, identify requirements, and develop projects to enhance business operations. This role involves analyzing business data, assigning tasks, and solving problems. Key Responsibilities Manage projects across AMS, EMEA, and APAC regions Build strong customer relationships and lead customer meetings Manage scope, schedule, and budget Handle deployment records and resource forecasts Document lessons learned and capture case study data Manage client escalations and risks Identify resource needs and prioritize work with customers Ensure understanding of delivery methodology Keep stakeholders informed and send executive summary reports Coordinate knowledge transfer processes Facilitate sales-to-delivery processes Transform deliverables into actionable plans Manage project schedules with the services team Ensure projects follow the assigned methodology Collaborate on workshop sessions Update resource plans Coordinate pre- and post-go-live activities Necessary Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Proven experience in general consulting Proven experience in service management Proven experience in project management Experience in ServiceNow projects ServiceNow Sysadmin Certification (desired) Scrum Master Certification (desired) Proficiency in English Why Cognizant?
