This is a remote position. 9AM to 5PM EST. one hour unpaid lunch., 35 hours per week Key Responsibilities: Prepare and assemble title documents related to home purchases and closings Accurately input and manage client information in legal software systems Upload, organize, and maintain digital case files and supporting documentation Handle incoming intake calls, gather basic client information, and provide an overview of legal services offered Schedule consultations and follow-up calls with the Paralegal and Attorney Coordinate with team members to ensure case files are accurate and up to date Maintain confidentiality and ensure all work complies with legal standards and office procedures Requirements Previous experience in a legal or administrative assistant role (real estate law experience preferred) Familiarity with title documents and Estate planning law firm Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal Ability to handle client communication with professionalism and discretion Proficient in using legal software, MS Office Suite, and document management systems Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote setup Independent Contractor Perks HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_24555_JOB
