As part of the team, you will have: - Troubleshoot system admin issues, tasks, and data feed issues; set up and maintain user and administrator accounts with appropriate access; add or edit entities in the system. - Test and troubleshoot web-based training, including SCORM and xAPI standards; manage dynamic groups, learning assignments, large-scale course deployments, and curricula. - Review new release functionalities, assist clients with feature enablement and rollout, and provide recommendations for platform optimization. - Create and update performance review tasks, competencies, competency models, assessments, development plans, observation checklists, and generate standard, ad-hoc, and recurring system reports. - Manage and develop learning programs for the LMS, including content management (online course loading, ILT onsite class enrolment input, curriculum development, and other training management). - Collaborate with clients to determine optimal tools for delivering training programs, managing mandatory annual training and performance management tasks, and standardizing, streamlining, and coordinating business and system processes. - Serve as liaison between clients and technical resources, escalating issues and achieving resolution; analyze configuration designs, make improvement recommendations, and create tool job aids and training guides for end-users and administrators.
