Job Description We are looking for a highly organized Project Logistics Coordinator to manage the procurement and logistics of FF&E; and OS&E.; The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities - Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing, ordering, and receiving materials - Work closely with designers, architects, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of FF&E; and OS&E; - Liaise with suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns - Monitor and report on procurement costs and schedules - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Supply Chain, or Logistics - Minimum 3 years' experience in procurement or a related field - Advanced/fluency in English; Spanish is required - Ideal candidates will have experience working with global projects and suppliers
