If you like a challenging environment where you’re working with the best and are encouraged to learn and experiment every day, there’s no better place - guaranteed! :) What you will do Expand and maintain backend code for distributed event processing systems using Java and Spring Boot; Build and optimize data pipelines involving Kafka and ensure seamless integration with other platforms; Develop and optimize scalable RESTful APIs and build GraphQL APIs from scratch; Manage and enhance database interactions for both SQL and NoSQL systems; Leverage AWS services, including SQS, to support the scalability and reliability of backend systems; Contribute to the Operational Lineage system and MDP Data Lineage collaboration to meet delivery goals. Must haves 4+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot; Experience working with Kafka as a data source, including building interfaces with other platforms; General knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases; Proven experience in developing and optimizing RESTful APIs with high scalability and performance; Hands-on experience building GraphQL APIs from scratch; Familiarity with AWS services, including SQS; Proven track record of contributing to 2-3 projects using this tech stack.
