Position Overview TheCorporate & Government Affairs Senior Manager is responsiblefor designing and executing communications and government/corporateengagement strategies to support BMS growth and priorities inColombia & Peru. He/she is a seasoned Corporate Affairs leader,with strong strategic and creative ability to lead a criticalfunction for our business's success. The CGA Lead will be a memberof Colombia's Leadership Team (LT), reporting to the ColombiaGeneral Manager, and working closely with the México, Colombia& Perú PR Director. This position requires international anddomestic travel (up to 5%). Main Responsibilities 1. Drive theCorporate & Government Affairs strategy for BMS Colombia &Peru; - Design and execute a robust strategy for BMS Colombia tosupport the company's vision of becoming a leading biopharmacompany that transforms patients' lives through science. - Incollaboration with the Access Team, develop a government affairsstrategy, identify key stakeholders, and create tailored outreachplans at national and regional levels. - Support initiatives topartner with policymakers, patient advocates, and otherstakeholders in evidence-based policy shaping programs. Explorepublic-private partnerships in Colombia & Peru. - Leadengagement with trade associations and industry forums. - Alignstrategies with overall BMS Colombia & Peru objectives,collaborating across functions and with the GM. 1. Advocacyengagement - Drive advocacy strategies, including strategicpartnerships with patient groups and integrating patient voicesinto cross-functional projects. 1. Brand communications &reputation; management - Develop and execute communicationstrategies, including media relations and digital communications,to support product portfolios and business goals. - Build andmaintain BMS's reputation, preparing stakeholder reactions andmanaging crisis communications. - Lead market shaping campaigns inColombia & Peru in key therapeutic areas. 1. Executivecommunications and employee engagement - Develop strategiccommunication plans for executives and support HR initiatives. Qualifications and Skills - Degree in policy, communication, orrelated field. - 10+ years of experience in similar roles;pharmaceutical experience is desirable. - Strong media contacts inColombia & Peru. - Understanding of local politicalenvironments and external impacts on BMS. - Experience in globalorganizations, collaborating across functions. - Excellentstakeholder partnership skills, with leadership experience. -Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects. -Strong leadership, influencing skills, and professionalism. -Fluent in Spanish and English.
