About the Role As Reconciliation & Data Integrity Analyst, you will sit directly under the Reconciliation Manager and execute the day‑to‑day reconciliation, investigation, and reporting workflows that keep our ledgers balanced. You’ll match high‑volume data across PSPs, crypto custodians, and internal systems, surface discrepancies, and collaborate with Finance, Product, and Engineering to fix root causes. Key Responsibilities Reconciliation & Investigations - Own the end‑to‑end reconciliation processes for wallets, card programs, FX, payouts, on‑chain vs off‑chain balances. - Perform daily, weekly, and month‑end reconciliations across multiple ledgers, PSPs, and blockchain providers. - Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in balances, fees, and transactional data; document root causes and assist to drive permanent fixes. - Contribute to continuous workflow enhancements to improve accuracy, speed, and audit readiness. - Escalate complex issues to the Reconciliation Manager and drive them to closure with cross‑functional teams. Process Improvement & Tooling - Contribute and help implement ideas to streamline reconciliation workflows, improve data accuracy, and reduce break rates. - Help test new provider integrations and ensure reconciliation rules are updated accordingly. - Assist with data governance, documentation, and version control (Git, CI/CD). Stakeholder Management & Reporting - Prepare daily break reports and weekly reconciliation status for Finance & Ops. - Assist Client Success with transaction‑related queries and chargeback investigations. - Support month‑end close by delivering clean, audit‑ready reconciliation files.
