Join us for a career that changes lives. **A Day in the Life** - Develop and execute strategies that provide the sales organization with the information, content, expertise, and tools to help salespeople sell more effectively. - Optimize buyer interactions to build pipelines, relationships, and opportunities, and improve communication. - Create and deliver content, information, and tools to prepare sellers to deliver on company business goals including building client relationships, identifying client need, how company products and services can meet client need and capturing opportunities within their accounts. - Utilize sales metrics to identify and quantify effective sales strategies. - Evaluate and deploy new and improved deployment methods. - Interact and work closely with other departments, such as but not limited to Sales, Marketing, and Global Communications to ensure adequate support to the sales and marketing functions. **Must Haves** - Bachelor’s degree administrative areas - 4 years of relevant experience direct end-user support, training, and documentation with CRM, providing customer focused support or related - Fluent in English level - Excellent diagnostic, problem solving and issue resolution ability **Nice to Haves** - Working knowledge of Conga CPQ - Experience in healthcare industry **We Offer** We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to all our employees: - Flexible working environment - Annual Incentive Plan % depending on company results - Pension scheme and group discount on healthcare insurance - Training possibilities via Cornerstone/Skills Lab - Employee Assistance Program and Recognize!
