About This Position ***must have open availability from 4:00am - 7:00pm for either part-time or full-time roles*** including weekends and holidays. The Food Service Supervisor oversees inmate labor and team members assisting with food service in a correctional facility. Responsibilities include preparing and serving various food items according to instructions and using food prep utensils and machines.
