Job Summary: We’re looking for a motivated and resourceful Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Colombia to join our growing global sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying inbound and outbound leads, setting meetings for our Account Executives, and being the first point of contact with prospective customers. You’ll play a key role in fueling our pipeline and expanding DeleteMe’s reach into new markets. Job Responsibilities - Prospect and engage potential customers through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels. - Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, timeline, and key decision-makers. - Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule discovery calls and hand off qualified opportunities. - Maintain accurate lead and activity data in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce). - Work closely with marketing to follow up on inbound leads from campaigns and events. - Continuously refine outreach messaging and tactics based on feedback and performance. - Stay informed on privacy trends, cybersecurity risks, and DeleteMe’s product offerings to effectively communicate value. Job Requirements - 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or tech. - Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English; Spanish is a plus. - Comfortable with cold outreach and managing high-volume prospecting activity. - Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar. - Passion for privacy, cybersecurity, or SaaS is a plus. - This role requires domestic and international travel. All standard travel expenses will be covered in accordance with the company's travel reimbursement policy.
