About The Role As a Senior FP&A; Analyst, youwill be a key strategic partner, leading financial planning,modeling, forecasting, and reporting to influence businessdecisions and resource allocation. You will provide insights intooperational performance and collaborate with leadership.Responsibilities 1. Lead financial planning and analysis, includingrevenue modeling and cost optimization. 2. Manage budgeting,forecasting, and financial outlook processes. 3. Prepare andpresent management reports and dashboards for strategic decisions.4. Analyze budgets, payroll, and resources to identify improvementsand savings. 5. Identify financial risks and opportunities,offering recommendations. 6. Collaborate with teams and leadershipfor strategic planning. 7. Use data analytics tools (Power BI,Tableau) to improve reporting. 8. Mentor junior analysts andpromote knowledge sharing. 9. Perform other duties as assigned.About You Qualifications & Skills 1. 5+ years in FP&A; orrelated roles. 2. Bachelor’s in finance, business, or relatedfield. 3. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. 4.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 5. Experiencewith Power BI or Tableau. 6. ERP experience, preferably withNetSuite. 7. Fluent in English (B2 or above). 8. Proven ability todeliver insights and improve processes. 9. Effective communicatorand collaborator. 10. Based in Bogotá with flexibility to attendthe office. 11.
