Job Description Radware is seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to manage all aspects of the post-sales relationship, ensuring customers realize business value through the onboarding and adoption of cloud services. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring regular engagement. Key responsibilities include delivering introductory meetings, ensuring customer rollout, conducting reviews with scorecards linked to customer business objectives, coordinating internal resources, supporting local teams during incidents, following up and logging interactions, and planning and executing upsell and cross-sell activities. Requirements - Fluent written and verbal communication in English - Experience as a CSM or project manager - Networking and security background (a plus) - Experience in upsell/cross-sell activities - Experience working with customers directly - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Able to build relationships and trust quickly - Able to understand technology - Strong communication, written and verbal skills - Ability to work under high pressure according to processes and procedures - Managed resources in a matrix organization in remote locations - Preparedness – able to ensure that all areas are considered before engaging with customers - Demonstrate empathy – look through the eyes of others - Self-aware, quick learner, detail-oriented - Flexible schedule
