This is a unique opportunity to join a global organization as a Business Systems Analyst III. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Applications, you will be part of the Global IT team. Job Summary The primary responsibility of this role is to implement global strategic projects, provide SAP IBP IT support and work with all levels of corporate and Global Supply Chain teams to drive efficiencies and improvements using SAP IBP and SAP ECC applications. - Member of the project team for SAP rollout of SAP IBP in global environment - Work directly with business partners to gather requirements for enhancements and deliver solutions to business issues in the overall Global Demand and Supply Planning function - Responsible for designing, configuring, documenting, delivering, supporting, and testing SAP IBP (Demand/Response & Supply/IO), CPI (i.e. Order to Cash) to meet business requirements - Design functional specifications and work with programmers to oversee the timely completion and efficiency of development objects, conduct unit and integration testing and maintain documentation - Assist in mapping the requirements into SAP Processes and designing the solutions. - Train end users on SAP processes in Demand and Supply Planning on SAP IBP - Develop relationships that will position IT as a trusted business partner - Collaborate with representatives of other IT/functional areas to ensure end to end process integration and consistency - Identify opportunities to standardize processes and system configuration globally and ensure compliance across all implementations to these standards - Ensure business application systems are developed to comply with established standards, methodologies and best practices. - Advise management of the project status and problems, or potential problems, regularly - Perform special projects as required - Quick Learner and Agile mindset Responsibilities As a Business Systems Analyst III, your responsibilities will include: - Designing, configuring and documenting SAP IBP solutions - Working with business partners to gather requirements and deliver solutions - Providing training to end users on SAP processes - Developing relationships with business stakeholders to position IT as a trusted partner Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems or related field - 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3 year's experience configuring various SAP IBP, CPI modules that support a global enterprise - Project and production support experience with SAP IBP, SAP CPI-DS, and SAP ECC 6.0 processes, including IBP Demand, IBP Supply, IBP Control Tower - Excellent functional knowledge in SAP IBP and roll-out or production support experience in supply chain planning processes S&OP;, Demand planning, or Response and Supply planning. - Demonstrated ability to configure core SAP IBP, and ability to troubleshoot and maintain configuration on SAP IBP and SAP CPI-DS - Experience working with Cross-Functional Processes, including Procure to Pay, Manufacturing and Order to Cash - Strong analytic and problem-solving skills - Works well with teams or in a team environment, with the ability to work independently - Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
