They should be able to articulate WeWork’s strategy and vision to diverse audiences and embrace the dynamic environment of disruptive, fast-paced technology companies. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop the structure and pipeline in an untapped market, addressing evolving employee culture and real estate needs. It is a client-facing, revenue-driving position, suitable for a Junior Sales professional and an individual contributor. You Will Be Expected To Prospect, initiate conversations (Cold Calling), contact potential clients, send proposals, conduct tours of WeWork spaces, negotiate, and close transactions monthly. Manage all tour requests for your designated building(s). Handle inbound leads for your building(s) and WeWork’s All Access product. Manage the sales pipeline: lead generation, tracking, and control via Salesforce. Build and maintain relationships with key market players (brokers, investment and promotion agencies, etc.) and develop commercial strategies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful business closures. Achieve monthly sales goals. Identify opportunities for escalation and work cross-functionally to find solutions for members. Represent WeWork positively and communicate our value proposition effectively. Partner with the New Member Development and Community teams for onboarding and follow-up. About You Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Proficient in English (B2, C1). 2-3 years of professional experience in closing deals. Experience in B2B/B2C sales. Strong negotiation skills to meet monthly closing targets. Ability to open new markets. Proven prospecting skills. Attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills. Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn, Lusha, and Apollo. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. Sales activity distribution: 50% inbound lead management, 30% lead generation and prospecting (cold calling, social media, networking, events), 20% existing pipeline management.
