This is a full-time opportunity with a long-term contract, remote work from anywhere in Colombia, paid training, and flexible scheduling once in operation. Training Phase (Month 1): • Start Date: July 11 (contract signing on July 4) • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (non-negotiable) • Modality: Remote, using your own equipment (camera and microphone required) • Salary during training: COP $1,927,000 • Training is fully paid and includes all onboarding support Nesting Phase (Month 2): • Same fixed schedule as training • Full salary based on your selected weekly workload Operations Phase (From Month 3): You can choose between 36, 40, or 42 working hours per week depending on your preference and availability. Salaries range from COP $2,168,572 to COP $2,530,000, plus a 15% monthly performance bonus. Working hours are flexible between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. Sunday is a mandatory rest day. Depending on how you organize your schedule, you may have up to three days off per week.
