PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Supply the market with product (finished goods and visibility items) that reflects the premium brand of RedBull. Manage the supply chain with its immediate objectives of transparency and efficiency. Plan, execute, and finalize procurement strategies for goods and services spend across the organization. Manage key relationships with third-party logistics providers and distribution partner(s). Oversee Fleet Management and Sustainability reports and initiatives. Constantly define, monitor, and manage appropriate structures for country-specific processes that support internal stakeholders as effectively and efficiently as possible. Responsible for budgeting operational activities and monitoring the costs related to logistics and operations. Responsibilities: Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: Co-leadership of S&OP Process – Leading meetings, analysis, process improvement, and support. Submit the demand and supply plan in IBP and assure data quality monthly. Ensure constant product availability to run the RedBull business successfully. Manage import process for Finished Goods, Visits, Merch, and samples to ensure arrival according to supply needs. Manage logistics processes: order entry, invoices, 3PL management. Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures in conjunction with HQ and other departments. End responsibility for budget setting and all costs incurred in operations. Implement cost savings programs. Assure fleet, facilities, and service management and control. Monitor quality complaints. Verify compliance with Safety – Health – Environment requirements. Create and manage local initiatives for Sustainability cross-functionally and guarantee data quality and reports. Strive for premium quality, optimized costs, continuous innovation, and process excellence. Minimum qualifications: University Degree (Engineering, Business Administration, etc.). Specialized qualifications in Planning and/or Logistics are valuable. 3 - 5 years of experience in Planning / Logistics / Procurement / Supply Chain, preferably in FMCG environment. Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English. Advanced Excel skills are a must; intermediate skills are mandatory. Good skills in other MS Office products such as Word and PowerPoint are essential. Some working knowledge of SAP R/3 is a strong plus.
