Our organization is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. About the Role - Sell top-tier software development teams to clients across various industries, focusing on delivering high-quality solutions quickly and efficiently. - Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to pitching, closing, and handing over to delivery teams. Key responsibilities include: 1. Selling staff augmentation and software development team solutions with no fluff or unnecessary features. 2. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in North America, particularly targeting companies hiring remote/nearshore software teams. 3. Collaborating closely with recruiting and leadership teams to match the right talent with each client's needs. 4. Hit the ground running without requiring hand-holding or guidance; we need someone who already knows the game. Requirements - Proven success selling software staffing or IT outsourcing services to U.S. clients. - Experience closing deals, not just handing off leads but bringing in clients who pay. - Proficient with LinkedIn outreach, CRMs, and outbound tools for personalized cold calling and emailing. - A hunter mentality, persistent, resourceful, and excited to go after cold leads and referrals. - Strong communication skills, including spoken and written English. - Grit, hustle, and desire to build something meaningful through tough market conditions. Bonus Requirements - Existing network or contacts in the U.S. software/tech space. - Experience selling to CTOs & software leaders. - Understanding of nearshore value proposition and LATAM tech talent markets.
