The Experimentation & Analytics team plays a central role in driving Rappi's most strategic initiatives through data-driven experimentation. As an Experimentation & Analytics Specialist, you will not only execute experiments but also lead the design and prioritization of experimentation roadmaps in collaboration with product, growth, and business teams. You will own the end-to-end experimentation lifecycle — from hypothesis generation and design, to implementation, analysis, and strategic recommendations. Your insights will directly shape company-wide initiatives and contribute to the achievement of Rappi's most ambitious global goals. Responsibilities - Own and drive the execution of key analytical initiatives, especially A/B tests and other experimentation methodologies. - Work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and regional teams to guide decision-making through data. - Use SQL and data visualization tools to develop dashboards, scorecards, reports, and ad hoc analyses. - Contribute to the quarterly planning process by building business cases, supporting the definition of OKRs, and tracking performance through KPIs and weekly targets. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in data analytics or experimentation. - Proactive, curious, and comfortable working independently. - Vast and solid knowledge of SQL and ability to work with large datasets. - Track record of taking ownership of analytical projects. - Experience conducting A/B tests and interpreting results. - Strong communication skills in English (bilingual or advanced). Desired requirements - Background in data science, product analytics, or experimentation. - Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools. - Experience with Python, R, or another statistical language. - Experience with Experimentation platforms such as Statsig, Split, or Braze. - Interest in product development or growth experimentation. - Previous exposure to fast-paced, data-driven environments.
