Description What You Will Be Working On Lead and own the UA strategy for newly released games, driving their growth and maximizing profitability. Manage and mentor a team of UA managers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment. Collaborate with the creative team to co-direct and optimize creative strategies. Work alongside the product team to monitor performance, address challenges, and highlight growth opportunities. Monitor performance metrics and budgets across all phases of game launch and scaling. Hands-on management and optimization of large-scale paid marketing campaigns to exceed monthly goals. Lead strategic discussions with marketing platform partners to identify growth opportunities. Clearly communicate plans, progress, and challenges to management and cross-functional teams. Promote knowledge sharing across the marketing team and contribute to developing team capabilities. Requirements What We’re Looking For 4+ years of experience as a UA manager/lead in a gaming company – Must . Proven experience leading a team of UA professionals , including coaching, delegation, and performance management. Deep analytical skills, with a proven ability to analyze data trends and derive actionable insights. Solid track record of managing large-scale campaigns, especially on platforms like Facebook or Google Ads. Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation, trend visualization, and correlation analysis. A collaborative leader and excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments. Ability to adapt quickly to change and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
