We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Developer to join our team. About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex business and technology problems using the Salesforce platform. Job Description - Contribute to the development of well-architected solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements. - Estimate the level of effort required to implement a solution based on business and technical requirements. - Lead technical design sessions to design and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives and advise on best practices related to solution design. - Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, including custom solution and integration development, providing expert-level assistance to developers, designing and managing test plans, and demonstrating technical thought leadership. - Demonstrate advanced Apex programming skills, including core design patterns, limits, bulk patterns, trigger handling, asynchronous operations, integration patterns, and effective unit testing. - Showcase advanced front-end programming skills in LWC, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Possess knowledge of functional/technical tools, data modeling, security model, flows, custom metadata, custom settings, etc. - Stay up-to-date with evolving Salesforce features and offerings. Requirements - 5+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform, including extensive Apex and JavaScript development experience. - Understanding of the E2E lifecycle of Salesforce development, collaborating with multiple engineers. - Familiarity with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Metadata, etc.) and Lightning Web Components. - Experience with integrations, 3rd-party integration tools, ETL with Salesforce, and knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design. - Proficiency in Agile Methodology, AWS core services, and ability to integrate tools with Salesforce. - Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.
