What You’ll Be Doing In your role as a Senior Carer, you’ll take on additional responsibilities such as: - Leading and mentoring care teams during shifts - Administering medication and overseeing care documentation - Supporting with personal care, mobility, and nutritional needs - Liaising with families, external professionals, and Nurseplus teams to ensure person-centred care - Promoting independence and dignity through individualised care plans - Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and health & safety protocols You’ll provide care across a variety of local settings, helping to deliver consistent, high-quality support to those who need it most. Who We’re Looking For - Aged 18 or over with the right to work in the UK - Minimum of 2 years’ care experience , ideally in a supervisory or senior role - Hold a relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) - Confident in spoken and written English - Able to travel independently to different care environments - A clear enhanced DBS (we can support you in applying for this) - Strong leadership skills, professionalism, and a genuine passion for care Ready to step into a leadership role where your experience is valued and your voice matters?
