As part of Rappi, your responsibilities include: Develop analytical frameworks for strategic decisions to ensure a balanced marketplace for customers, partners, and couriers. Build scalable tools and dashboards to improve efficiency and standardize operating procedures for country teams. Collaborate with the global team to measure and communicate the impact of new business processes. Present analyses and findings to team leaders and cross-functional partners. Requirements: Skills and experience needed Education related to data, programming, information systems, engineering, etc. At least 2 years of operations management experience. Data-driven mindset, proactive attitude, and problem-solving skills. Leadership abilities in fast-paced environments. Experience interpreting and presenting data to diverse audiences; translating findings into action plans. Project management experience with multidisciplinary teams. Fluent in English and Spanish.
