Role Description: As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, assist in analyzing workflows, and support the implementation of solutions that align with business goals. You’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution, while learning from experienced team members in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Assist in analyzing business processes to identify improvement opportunities. Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories. Support senior analysts and project managers in defining project scope and priorities. Help create process flows, wireframes, and basic documentation (e.g. use cases, user guides). Assist in tracking project progress and communicating updates to relevant teams. Prepare basic reports, summaries, and presentations to support decision-making. Maintain organized records of requirements, feedback, and changes. Required Skills: English level: B2–C1, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. At least 1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role. Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), preferably McLeod. Proficiency in SQL – ability to write and maintain queries. Experience working with Data Analytics tools, such as Power BI, SSRS, and Excel. Familiarity with APIs and custom system integrations.
