Foreign Exchange Trader – Colombia & Latin America Location: Colombia - Hybrid Ria Money Transfer is looking for an experienced Foreign Exchange (FX) Trader to manage and hedge our currency flows across Colombia and Latin America. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in FX trading and a collaborative, data-driven approach. Responsibilities: Executing daily spot and forward FX trades Managing Guatemalan and other Latin American currency flows and exposures Securing optimal pricing across multiple execution platforms Collaborating with Ria’s global FX Trading and Revenue Management teams Building and maintaining strong relationships with local partners Performing market analysis and developing long-term hedge strategies Preparing daily reports on trading activity, market insights, and currency positions Requirements: Minimum 3 years of active FX trading experience MUST be Bilingual in English and Spanish Strong quantitative and analytical skills Familiarity with Bloomberg, trading platforms, and Microsoft Office 365 Excellent communication and organizational skills Flexibility with work hours and responsiveness to global market movements Preferred fields of study include Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or related disciplines with a quantitative or international focus.
