And if that’s you we would love to have you join us! **Job Description**: **MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** - Contribute to the overall success of the business unit by analyzing customer requirements and project specifications and proposing the best technical and economical solution to fulfill the customer needs, using the existing quotation tools. - Contributes to the development & qualification of opportunities, reviewing required scope and alignment with RA product offering and providing input to the Business Lead / Sales Team, as well as providing estimated prices/proposals for budgetary purposes. - Understand customer drivers for each offer and develop solutions using technical and creative capabilities to deliver value-added and cost-effective solutions aligned with each opportunity. - Analyze the costs and margins of each proposal and seek approvals as necessary following the Delegation of Authority policy to establish prices for customers and commercial handling of the opportunity. - Convert Quotes into Orders in SAP upon receipt of Customer PO and verification that PO matches the offer in all its aspects (Price, Delivery Terms, Payment Milestones, etc) - Maintain an organized track of all Quote information, including customer specs, cost sheets, approvals, etc, following the established procedures. - Monitors the requests from proposals from the Sales Team, understands priorities, and organizes its own schedule in order to meet desired dates for proposal delivery. - Respond to Technical and Commercial clarifications from customers regarding issued proposals. - Provides all technical support documents required in bid processes, including data sheets, product catalogs, certifications, etc. - Develop market pricing sensibility in order to set price levels correctly for each market/region. - Assure a good handoff of all proposal technical and commercial details to the execution team. - Develop your activities in accordance with the requirements of the current Health, Safety, and Environment legislation as well as the procedures and policies of Rockwell Automation.
