We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Program Director to join our team. As a key member of our psychiatric residency program, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, teaching residents, and delivering high-quality patient care. Job Description: The Associate Program Director will provide leadership and guidance to the residency program, ensuring that all aspects of the program meet the highest standards of quality and excellence. This includes curriculum design, evaluation, and planning, as well as clinical supervision and special projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychiatry, with experience in academic leadership and faculty teaching. In addition to these responsibilities, the Associate Program Director will also provide direct patient care in our residency clinic, precepting and evaluating the performance of residents, and teaching through various mediums such as lectures, seminars, and conferences. Required Skills and Qualifications: - 5 years of experience working in the field of psychiatry required - Minimum of 3 years faculty teaching experience with a psychiatry residency required - Academic leadership experience serving in assistant/associate or program director role preferred - Experience with underserved, low-income persons, and outpatient and inpatient psychiatry preferred Benefits: This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading healthcare organization and make a meaningful contribution to the lives of our patients and community.
