Customer Service Representative We are seeking motivated individuals to support our Stores as we provide essential products at great values to the communities we serve. About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. Your key priorities include greeting customers, assisting them with selection of merchandise, completing transactions, and answering questions regarding the store and merchandise. Main Responsibilities: - Provide customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner. - Maintain a clean, well-stocked store for customers during their shopping experience. - Unload merchandise from delivery trucks, organize merchandise, and transport merchandise from stockroom to sales floor. - Independently stock shelves and recover merchandise in the store. - Accurately handle customer funds and process transactions using the POS system. - Remain constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment. - Perform all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have: - Prefer completion of high school or equivalent. - Ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned. - Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store environments. - Physical ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs and occasionally up to 55lbs from floor level to above shoulder height. - Ability to work flexible, full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Certain skills and competencies such as customer focus, developing potential, results-driven, strong organizational skills, communication skills, problem-solving, and job knowledge.
