Role: Workday Analyst You will collaborate closely with Finance and Workday support teams to optimize the Workday platform's functionality through system enhancements, data integrity, and process improvements, while ensuring compliance with audit standards. Duties & Responsibilities Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing Workday issues raised by the business. Support change requests from initiation to implementation in the production environment. Support system upgrades, integrations, and testing activities. Create and maintain training and testing documentation, including test scripts and user manuals. Provide training to Finance users. Develop and maintain report catalogues. Work with non-finance teams on reporting requirements. Assist in developing dashboards and standardized reports for budget holders. Perform reporting reconciliations. Collaborate with the Finance Team to improve Workday Finance processes. Perform other ad hoc tasks as required. Required Skills & Experience At least 2 years of relevant Workday experience. Strong understanding of accounting concepts; accounting qualification is a plus. Experience with Workday Composite, Advanced, and Matrix reports is advantageous. Experience in system reporting, similar Financial ERP systems preferred. Experience handling multi-currency transactions and consolidated reporting. Experience working in a multinational environment. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Willingness to learn and take on challenging opportunities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in a US-listed environment and knowledge of SOX controls are beneficial.
