You exude technical confidence to other team membersand the client. You communicate professionally and in the correctbusiness form with team members and clients. You will serve as theprimary/sole technical consultant for small projects and lesscomplex mid-size projects. As experience increases, you will assumeresponsibility for being the sole consultant on more complexprojects or for large deliverables on complex Enterprise andMid-Market projects. Job Role and Responsibility You will work withthe Professional Services team to lead the customer technicaldesign and implementation. You will provide deep technicalexpertise and guidance on integration, configuration andcustomization of the Nue platform. You are a hands-on leader thatcan manage multiple complex tasks and priorities simultaneouslywhile maintaining the ability to engage with team members andcustomers in a professional and timely manner. You have a highproficiency in translating business problems into solutions, whileleveraging the capabilities of Nue. You will always ensure that thesolution provided is delivering business value. What You’ll BeWorking On 1. Lead technical deep dives with the customer. 2. Deliver customized solutions as needed, including integrations withERP and other third-party systems. 3. Configure Nue to support usecases, identify areas of complexity and technical solutions. 4. Provide the customer with expertise on Nue API, integration bestpractices, data import, including guidance and support forAnalytics. 5. Provide support to Nue customers. 6. Own and drivetechnical customer implementations from start to finish. 7. Becomean expert on the product domain from both a business and technicalperspective. 8. Work with the engineering team to drive productsolutions. 9. Work with your Solution Architect and other teammembers to ensure proper application of all phases of the systemsdevelopment life cycle (SDLC), and that completion dates are met. We Are Looking For 1. Minimum of 3-5 years in implementing andintegrating software solutions, ideally in Billing, CRM or ERPdomains. 2. Previous consulting experience implementing softwaresolutions is a plus. 3. Strong Salesforce administration and Apexexperience. 4. Solid understanding of object oriented technologiesto develop software solutions. 5. Strong PL/SQL skills required. 6. Experience in REST API and web services is required. 7. Experienceusing an integration and automation platform like Tray.io isrequired. 8. Experience in Order-To-Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable(AR), and/or General Ledger (GL) is a plus. 9. Ability toaccurately scope, plan and estimate the level of effort for tasks,with an appropriate balance of risk and effort. 10. Excellentspoken and written English. 11. Strong communication skills,including the ability to adjust to the technical level of theaudience and explain complex ideas clearly and concisely. 12. Ability to work with global teams. 13. Customer empathy is a must.14. Positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.15. Strong desire and ability to continually learn new skills,processes, technologies, and product knowledge. 16. Willing to workin a fast paced startup environment.
