You’ll be managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance. You’ll oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients. Below are the responsibilities of our AWS cloud administrator: - You must configure, manage and in some cases implement based on the Cloud architecture that is delivered to you for your management. - Responsible for patch management for IaaS services in Cloud - Define and implement monitoring in cloud systems according to best observability practices. - Maintenance and monitoring tasks, respond to alerts and trouble tickets. Escalating with manufacturer and following up on requests. - Configure cloud environments to meet customer needs and design systems for data management. - Guarantee the base of the cost management stipulated for the client and report on time in the event that these increase or decrease in a proportion that affects the client and being responsible with the optimization of cloud resources. - Guarantee the health status of the backup and/or disaster recovery resources in the client's cloud infrastructure. - Monitor the performance of cloud resources, diagnose and fix problems, and make necessary changes to optimize system performance. - Ensures that the cloud-based infrastructure meets security and compliance requirements. - Develop and implement automation processes to simplify and streamline cloud-based infrastructure management. Who You Are You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important - you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. You are customer-focused - someone who prioritizes customer success in their work. And finally, you’re open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others. Required Technical and Professional Expertise - 1 to 3 years of experience in AWS public cloud administration - AWC Cloud Practitioner, AWS SysOPS or AWS Architect associate certifications - Experience in infrastructure as code by terraform - DevOps or CI/CD management experience for IaC deployment Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
