Cancer Brand Strategist We are seeking a highly skilled Cancer Brand Strategist to lead our portfolio strategy and execute tactical plans for our oncology products. - This includes defining, driving, and executing portfolio strategies to meet local market needs and ensuring optimal decision making and effective support of the portfolio. - The successful candidate will have deep market, customer, patient, and competitor knowledge and insights to articulate and drive portfolio strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Tailor and execute portfolio strategies to local market needs and define local priorities for the brands, including prelaunch plans for pipeline products. 2. Provide local insights and brand feedback to internal stakeholders and ensure that all brand plans and activities are in full compliance with Pfizer SOPs, laws, and regulations. 3. Develop and own the local omnichannel strategy and overall objectives, as well as the commercial tactical plan, in collaboration with content & channel manager. 4. Forecast portfolio performance, track progress towards target, and actively involve in revenue adjustment throughout the year during the LE process. 5. Select best-fitting modules from the regional content and customize, manage approval & roll-out of new promotional materials as needed. 6. Cross-functional brand leadership across Customer Facing Colleagues, GAV, Account management, medical, legal, regulatory, compliance, finance, logistics, etc. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required. - English is a must written and spoken. - Understanding of the healthcare environment, background in the oncology market/high cost molecules experience is essential for this role. - Strategic vision, analytical skills, and ability to execute with accuracy. - Strong relationship skills across departments & good communication skills to be able to influence and negotiate with internal stakeholders and management at all levels. - Exceptional prioritization ability to work effectively under pressure and in co-promotion/matrix structure, focused on delivery of results in a complex environment. - Excellent time-management, well-organized, and self-motivated. - Proven ability to meet deadlines and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proven experience in marketing is essential.
