This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of multiple brands under the Viva International umbrella, including Pacific Workers, Hustle & Flow Marketing Agency, Viva International and More. You'll employ your expert ad creation and buying skills, alongside your training in marketing, graphic design, and video production, to drive our brands' digital presence and engagement. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Ad Creation and Buying**: Masterfully manage and execute advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement. - **Strategy & Planning**: Develop comprehensive social media advertising strategies tailored to meet and exceed the objectives of our diverse brand portfolio. - **Campaign Management**: Efficiently launch, monitor, and fine-tune ad campaigns, ensuring they resonate with our target audience while optimizing spend across platforms. - **Budget Management**: Skillfully allocate budgets to achieve optimal return on investment, adjusting strategies based on campaign performance data. - **Performance Analysis**: Regularly evaluate campaign outcomes, providing insightful analysis and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. - **Trend Monitoring**: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring social media trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring our strategies remain innovative and effective. - **Collaboration**: Work closely with our creative team, including content creators and graphic designers, to produce compelling media for campaigns, fostering a cohesive and powerful brand message. - **Communication**: Clearly articulate campaign strategies, progress, and results to both marketing leadership and team members, promoting a transparent and collaborative environment. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field. - Minimum of two years of experience in social media ad buying, with a proven track record of success on Meta platforms and TikTok. - Expert knowledge of social media advertising platforms, tools, and analytics. - Exceptional analytical skills, with a knack for interpreting data and translating insights into action. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in both English and Spanish (Read, Write, Speak). - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality. - Experience in graphic design and video production is highly desirable. - Familiarity with tools such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics is expected. **About the Role**: - Full-Time Position, 40 hours per week. - Schedule: Monday - Friday - 100% Remote: Flexibility to work from anywhere. - Competitive salary with opportunities for professional growth. - A vibrant, cooperative, and imaginative work environment. **Application Process**: **About Viva International**: At Viva International, we are dedicated to advancing the digital marketing landscape through innovative strategies and creative solutions.
