As a Trading Application Support Engineer L2 at StoneX, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our trading systems. The successful candidate will have a combination of system automation and application support experience, with a strong background in troubleshooting and problem-solving. Responsibilities - Provide Level 2 support for our trading systems, escalating issues to other teams as needed. - Document outages and interact with development teams to drive permanent resolutions. - Collaborate closely with traders on the trade desk to understand workflows and improve operational efficiency. - Design and implement tools to automate workflows and reduce errors. - Enhance monitoring infrastructure to enable proactive issue detection. - Investigate user queries and interrogate SQL Server databases using complex SQL queries. - Work with IT Release Management, QA, Dev, and Infrastructure teams to ensure software and script rollouts meet best practices.
