This person will work directly with the other team members, nurture, create and maintain relationships with current clients and warm leads, as well as create strategies to attract new customers. Our Customer Success Specialist will be an integral part of continuing our growth as a company and ensuring our customer engagement, and sales, maintaining our excellence in customer service! What You'll Do: - Ensuring maximum sales and profitability through effective call handling, customer-relationship development, process management, and managing sales and call metric goals - Ensuring that each customer receives outstanding sales and customer service standards, solid product knowledge, and all-over components of exemplary customer service - Assisting personnel with resolving customer issues. - Training and developing personnel in all aspects of the company’s products and services. - Following up with prospects after their free trial to nurture the lead and close the sale. - Establishing and maintaining excellent customer service.
