Supports solution development and Technology/Architecture selection activities and assesses technical architecture. Provides specifications for physical components, hardware, and software. Required tasks to fulfill primary responsibility: Guide teams from a hands-on technical approach with the development of code, integrations, data conversions, and other technical activities in the course of each given sprint. (.NET, C#, Javascript) Provide peer review of development work completed by staff or contractors. Update work items, raise blockers, and collaborate with scrum masters and contract staff. Participate in Agile processes. Create and write detailed technical features and user stories (enablers for technical roadmap). Prioritize the Ecosystem feature/user story backlog. Ensure compliance with digital accessibility regulations by prioritizing accessibility in design, development, and management of digital products, managing accessibility as a compliance concern, and supporting accessibility in development resources. Work with scrum masters to stay within sprint goals. Participate in scrum ceremonies, give and receive feedback, and surface areas for improvement.
