We are seeking a skilled and proactive Account Manager with experience in the healthcare industry, or paralegal, or in social media management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and serving as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients using our services or software. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow relationships with clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction. - Serve as the main point of contact for client needs, inquiries, and escalations. - Understand client workflows to provide tailored support. - Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, support) to deliver effective solutions. - Conduct regular check-ins, reporting, and performance reviews with assigned accounts. - Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on client needs. - Train or guide clients on solutions and best practices.
