We are in this for life. **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** Provides a wide range of administrative support to specific managers. The Administrative assistant needs to be able to handle a high workload that can imply critical deadlines. Needs to be diligent and high task oriented, will manage confidential information and correspondence. **Key Responsibilities**: - Schedules and coordinates meetings in outlook, zoom and Teams. - Makes appointments and travel arrangements. - Coordinates, prepares, and edits reports and presentations. - Prioritizes files, performs data entry, and maintains accurate records. - Makes manager's travel arrangement, prepares expense reports and process invoices, maintains financial, purchase orders and expense records. - Collects and prepares information for management use. - Provides required support for managers. Tolerance to frustration, high volume of work. - Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work effectively as a member of the Administrative Assistants team. - Flexibility is required to assist assigned projects. - The ability to effectively interact and / or work with other members of the Company is required, such Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Logistics, finance, human resources. **Other Requirements**: - Required Education Level: University - Years of experience: 1-2 years supporting high level directors. - Required knowledge: Knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Word. - Qualities required: organized, focus on detail, task tracking. Excellent attitude and proactivity. - Required experience: To have been an Assistant previously or in an administrative role. - Required languages: Spanish - English intermediate level. - Certifications required: NA - Percentage of trips: 0% (very rarely) - Indicate the location of the position: (Bogotá, building One MD)
