About The Role We are seeking a Senior Technical Engineering Lead with a strong foundation in Dev Ops, Cloud Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity, as well as hands-on experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools. This is a hands-on, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced MSP environment and enjoys working with cutting-edge technologies. Key Responsibilities - Lead engineering initiatives across Dev Ops, cloud, and security domains. - Deploy, manage, and optimize RMM platforms such as N-able, Connect Wise, Kaseya, etc. - Build and maintain cloud environments—Azure is essential, with additional exposure to AWS and Google Cloud preferred. - Manage and monitor network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance. - Implement and support EDR, MDR, and XDR security solutions. - Utilize PSA tools like Autotask and Datto for service delivery and automation. - Create reports and dashboards using PowerBI, with data sourced from SQL and automated via Python scripts. - Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth delivery of IT services and solutions. Required Skills & Experience - Extensive hands-on experience with RMM tools (N-able, Connect Wise, Kaseya, etc.) - Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure; working knowledge of AWS and Google Cloud a plus. - Strong understanding of network infrastructure management and related tooling. - Experience with EDR/MDR/XDR security platforms. - Familiarity with PSA tools – especially Autotask and Datto. - Strong skills in PowerBI, SQL, and Python for data analysis and automation. - Ability to lead technical initiatives in a fast-paced, multi-client MSP environment.
