Business Strategy & P&L; Ownership - Develop and execute 3–5-year country strategy aligned with global objectives. - Full accountability for Colombia P&L;, sales targets, market share (KPIs, Revenue, ROI). 1. Market Expansion & Brand Leadership - Drive market penetration across retail/e-commerce/channel partners (e.g., Éxito, Falabella, Mercado Libre). 1. Operations & Governance - Oversee sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and compliance. - Mitigate regulatory risks and ensure 100% legal compliance in Colombian market. 1. Team Development - Lead multi-functional team; foster talent pipeline and high-performance culture. - Coach senior managers (Sales, Marketing, HR) to exceed business goals. 1. Stakeholder Engagement - Build strategic partnerships with government entities, distributors, and key accounts. - Represent the company at national industry forums. Qualifications Non-Negotiables: - 15+ years in Home Appliances/Consumer Electronics (OEM, brand, or retail). - 5+ years as Country Head/GM with full P&L; responsibility. - Proven success in Colombian/LATAM market dynamics and distribution landscape. - Fluent English and Spanish (written & verbal).
