About the role: This role provides guidance to the Food &Beverage; department on Four Seasons' approach to learning, quality,and development, ensuring adherence to approved methods, processes,and standards, and supervising content development and management. Responsibilities: 1. Provide guidance on Four Seasons' learningapproach and culture, including approved methods, processes, andsuppliers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 2. Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to developcomprehensive training strategies, content, schedules, metrics,follow-ups, policies, and collaborations. 3. Create ongoing producttraining programs, prioritizing new beverage, dish, menu, orproduct launches. 4. Develop continuous training programs onservice standards, focusing on updates and new standards. 5. Establish and manage agreements with suppliers for periodic productand service training. Requirements: - Technologist or professionalin Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or relatedfields. - Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality leadershipor quality roles. - At least 2 years of experience leading anddeveloping staff training plans in hospitality (hotels orrestaurants). - Advanced English proficiency. - Knowledge ofhigh-quality standards in Food & Beverage.
