Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of communication with local talent in Bogota to facilitate recruitment efforts. Assist in sourcing candidate profiles using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other local sourcing tools. Review, filter, and organize candidate applications to match job requirements. Provide accurate and fluent English-to-Spanish and Spanish-to-English communication support, ensuring smooth collaboration with U.S.-based teams. Support recruitment functions, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and following up on necessary documentation. Stay informed about local employment laws and administrative practices to guide the hiring process. Maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Assist in office operations and HR-related tasks as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (recent graduates preferred). 2 years of experience in handling recruitment lifecycle. Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal). Knowledge of sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR and recruitment fields. Ability to work in a hybrid work model and travel locally when required. A resident of Bogotá, with a good understanding of local administrative and employment practices.
