Then this position is exactly what you are looking for!! **Requirements**: - 2-3 years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development or similar positions - Be a graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Business administration, or related fields. - Fluent level of written and spoken English, Knowledge in the local language would be a plus - Knowledge in CRM software’s such as Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Being a real Team Player and Hospitalian at heart - Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines. - Sales-oriented profile, competitive and resilient character - Passionate about hospitality and gained previous work experience within hotel operations. **Responsibilities**: - Represent Placement International in a professional manner and promote our brand and values diligently. - Planning and creating schedules for international recruiting trips with the local communities - Conduct interviews and coach young professionals by providing expert career advice - Offer guidance on Placement International’s exciting programs - Develop strategies to maintain and grow partnerships with universities - Organize & Host Virtual Events and presentations for all kinds of audiences - Analyze prospective markets and assist in developing recruitment strategies
