We are looking for a passionate and a collaborative leader to take on the General Manager responsibilities for the Epiroc CVCA Region Customer Center, to be based in Bogota, Colombia. CVCA region comprises of 3 legal entities located in Columbia Panama and Dominican Republic, and cover Columbia, Venezuela, Central America and the Caribbean (excluding Cuba). The General Manager will report to the President of the Surface Division. Your mission as General Manager is to be the driver of the company’s sustainable profitable growth and to lead and develop the business in all of its dimensions with full P&L; and balance sheet responsibilities for Epiroc Group and each of its divisions. As General Manager, you have full responsibility for the consolidated operation of the customer center and your goal is to improve market contribution year-over-year, in a safe work environment, achieving the target of 0 accidents. Focusing on customer centricity and customer satisfaction and striving for keeping Epiroc as the supplier of choice. Your objectives are to grow customer & marker shares in a consolidated profitable way for every product line. You grow courageous, passionate and customer centric teams. Coach and develop high performance employees in line with our corporate values (collaboration - innovation and commitment) and People Management principles, ensuring the CC operates in line with “The Epiroc Way”. Your role is multidimensional, and you are expected to be facilitator, coach, manager, team builder, change management promoter as well as a challenger to our local teams, as “Dare to think new”. You are responsible to continuously develop and improve performance in terms of sales, profitability, and net working capital efficiency for the operation in which safety awareness is the highest priority, minimum environmental impact is a natural part of the culture, and compliance with the Epiroc Code of Conduct the natural behavior. **Key focus areas in the role **are**: Dare to think new! Challenge the status quo and strive to continuous improvements, through driving operational excellence and change management to outperform in every segment. Organic growth built on a solid understanding of our customer-base and market potential for our product offering, as well as strong territory, fleet and sales management to grow market share, customer share and increase consolidated profitability in the company. Sales channels selection is key to succeed in each country. Special focus to develop the aftermarket business (PSD and TLD Divisions) under divisions’ specific requirements. Continue building “ONE TEAM”, with Epiroc perspective prevailing from divisional silo behavior, and to further strengthen collaboration, ensuring greater customer satisfaction, fostering a high performing organization. **Who are **you?**: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented leader, with a good understanding of how to build profitable and long-term relationships with customers and other stakeholders. You are a solution-oriented leader, who can develop a Territory Management driven company, with the ability to provide vision and directions, define strategies and successfully execute them; create the structure in the CC to support the growth and the skill to hire and nurture competent employees. A University degree in Engineering or Business Management. Strong communication skills in Spanish and English, in both written and verbal, is a must. Strong commercial background, with 10+ years’ experience in sales management, (management of indirect sales through dealers and distributors will be considered a plus). **United. Inspired**.
