Especialista Técnico Cliente Responsable de liderar y coordinar las actividades de administración de la infraestructura centralizada y actividades de soporte de nivel 2 y nivel 3, sobre la conectividad WAN /LAN, Seguridad, Comunicaciones Unificadas, Automatizaciones y Analitica de datos; propendiendo por el cumplimiento de requerimientos contractuales, velando por el cumplimiento adecuado de los acuerdos de niveles de servicios e indicadores claves de desempeño, mitigando así penalizaciones del servicio y velando por la estabilidad y mejora continua del servicio. Apoyar a la gerencia del proyecto en temas financieros y presupuestales. Ser parte activa de la planeación estrategica del proyecto. Desempeñar las demás funciones complementarias a su rol, asignadas por el superior inmediato. Ingeniero en redes, sistemas, telecomunicaciones, informático, electrónico, de control o demás áreas afines, con especialización en áreas afines a estas ingenierías o proyectos de telecomunicaciones.
