We are seeking a Regional Director product lead for the Latin American and Caribbean region to oversee product solutions and P&L management for our one of our CA&E Line of Business: Personalization.This role will be an expert on managing Personalization (powered by our Dynamic Yield capabilities) and be responsible for ensuring the product is scaled across the Region. The position will need to have deep understanding of the competitive landscape, ensure the product meets local market needs, and be able to proactively enhance and innovate the product line by collecting the requirements for future development. This position will ensure product meets local market needs, deliver the product go-to-market strategy, and partner closely with the Commercialization counterparts to ensure that the product is a part of the broader solutions portfolio to drive the desired business outcomes. This position will work closely across the Regional and Global Product Leads, Services Business Sales Leads and Account Managers.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as Product Owner for PersonalizationBring global product to the region, including use casesFuel and understand global roadmapBudget and forecast trackingLead Product Localization and GTMManage Studio process (including pricing)Close involvement on pilotsVendor/partner managementOffers sourcing (in-market)Act as Regional SMEUnderstand competitive landscapeMap regional pain points/needsTraining and educational sessions to Account Managers / SalesMeasure value and articulate impactAll About YouProven experience as a product, sales or client services leader with a demonstrated ability to drive growth.Expert in Digital Marketing, having dealt with different Martech solutions.Coming mainly from high tech or IT industries, with experience in dealing with digital retail and financial institutions.Strong business acumen and a track record of delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions.Extensive experience launching and scaling products in dynamic markets.Consultative mindset with the ability to craft compelling, customer-tailored narratives.Skilled in influencing and motivating teams, with a vision for unifying sales stakeholders around strategic goals.Expertise in developing go-to-market strategies and sales enablement plans.Recognized as a senior subject matter expert capable of navigating complex deals and engaging with executive-level clients.Deep understanding of consumer, industry, and market trends.Creative problem solver with the ability to generate “out of the box” solutions and build alignment across diverse teams.Growth-oriented and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments.International and matrixed organizational experience is highly desirable.Exceptional networking, communication, and storytelling skills, with a strong focus on results and urgency.Ability to work across geographically diverse teams and cultures.High analytical skills.Experience in applying data to life cycle management decisions.Fluent in English, Spanish highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
