Job Title: Quality Assurance Associate Contribute to the overall success of our Quality Assurance team by ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed in support of business strategies and objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute test plans; create test documentation and balance testing resources with QAT policies and procedures. - Approve release schedules; execute System Integration Testing and defect management tracking. - Manage User Acceptance Testing via complex test plans and oversee execution of UAT testing. - Evaluate priorities for various projects and take decisive action as required. - Assess results of QAT tests and take appropriate action; work closely with development groups to resolve defects. - Maintain regression test suites and provide testing plans for assigned projects/releases. Requirements: - Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Proven work experience in software quality assurance. - Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. Preferred Qualifications: - ServiceNow end-user or application development experience. Education / Experience: - 3+ years of hands-on technical working experience as a QA Analyst performing manual testing and automation testing.
